Staycation at Double Tree by Hilton, Johor Bharu
Upon arriving at the hotel, I’m welcomed by 2 pieces of warm cookies by Double Tree at the front desk before anything else. I’m shook that it’s warm, fresh from the oven yo ! They certainly know how to make me happy before i start talking so I gave them a big smile and behaved. I low key want to eat it right away cos I haven’t had lunch but nope, I should stay classy. Hmm yum yum … It didn’t take too long for me to get my room card although there was a line.

As usual, I checked in, change into a comfy bed rope and ordered room service. I normally don’t do room service but I needed a quick bite before headed to the pool so …

The Pool
The pool is quite impressive I would say, it’s huge surrounded by trees that gives off the feeling of serenity. I couldn’t swim so I just chill by the pool and get a tan. Water and greeneries always give me inspiration and a feeling of peace. After about an hour, I back to my room to prepare for afternoon tea at executive lounge.
